IDPA is designed to help you with concealed carry. IDPA gear should be consistent with “carry gear.” The match typically uses 5 bays, leaving a bay open for club members during the match.
During Friday after setup, members can shoot around the setup stages provided they do not move or shoot the props, or they can shoot in the bay not used by the match. The Saturday match uses 5 of the pistol bays, but stages start ending at 2 pm Saturday and all bays are open for members use by 3 pm.
