Speed Bumps were added at the area where the paved road to the pistol bays meets the gravel parking lot, and at the mid area of the parking lot adjacent to the tree.
Visitors & guests at MCRC were leaving the upper parking lot & comimg off the paved road at speeds that posed a safety risk to people parking near the silhouette bay stairs, and kicking up a lot of dust. Since the problem was students in classes at the Qual bay or out of town attendees of matches in the pistol bays, adjusting the rules or changing the penalties for speeding was not a solution to the problem.
